Mike Connolly
CO-OWNER
Mike was an early participant in the Windermere network and has been an integral contributor to its success for over 35 years. He and his wife, BJ, opened the eighth Windermere office in Kirkland. Today, the Windermere network includes over 300 offices throughout the Western United States. Mike is devoted to his brokers, fostering a collaborative culture in which they support and learn from one another. Above all, he believes in camaraderie, professionalism, and always putting the client first.

Just as she is with her own real estate clients, BJ is dedicated to listening to the needs of Windermere Central Inc. brokers. As co-owner of the Kirkland office, BJ demonstrates loyalty, integrity, and attention to detail. Keeping client and broker success top-of-mind while navigating a changing real estate market has been BJ's hallmark and has built her a strong reputation within the industry.
