As the 18th Windermere brokerage out of hundreds across the west, we have been lucky enough to be part of the growing culture at Windermere. However, we can safely say that since day one, Windermere fostered a spirit of “people first”. When a company is built on genuine principles, the growth it experiences fuels those principles and that is exactly what we have seen as a Windermere office. Since becoming the 18th office in the Windermere family we have been part of the collaborative, honest, and people-first culture that gives Windermere the same positive reputation after 48 years. 

Fast-forward to today and we cannot be more thankful to be part of Windermere. Through their guidance, we have also implemented the core values and principles that we aligned with from day one. However, now our office is growing, both in size of our staff and brokers, but also in the physical location of our building with a brand new office nearing completion in the next month. Similar to Windermere as a company, we have also always kept our values at the forefront and we commit to doing so no matter how big our team and office grows.
