We Are Live! Check Out The New We Are Kirkland Website

Over the years we have been dedicated to building a brand that adds value to the community. That dedication has turned into what you may know today as, We Are Kirkland. Creating this brand came naturally to us here at Windermere Kirkland. With so many talented brokers working together to help make everyone here in Kirkland feel like they are at home, we knew that this brand would only put a name on what we were already doing.
Since we created the WeAreKirkland brand a lot has happened here at Windermere Kirkland. We have built a lifestyle brand that blogs about everything Kirkland (which you are reading right now!) as well as a lifestyle instagram @wearekirkland. Our team has been growing with even more dedicated brokers passionate about Kirkland. We have broken ground on building our brand new office space. And most recently, we have built a new website that went live last week!
You may be asking yourself, “I am on the blog and things don’t look very different?”. And you are correct! We loved the look and feel of our website a lot, but we knew we had to upgrade in order to give our clients, brokers, and the community the best possible experience. So when we decided to ramp up to a more robust back end, we vowed to keep the look, feel, and the flow of the website almost the same.
At the end of the day, we are still the same dedicated brokers and staff who are passionate about where we work, live, and play. We are here to be a resource for the community and look forward to constantly improving how we deliver those resources to you all.
So the next question you are probably asking yourself is, “Okay, so what’s different?”. Our new backend provides a lot more information on local listings, which in turn helps potential buyers who are looking to buy a home here in Kirkland. With this information also comes a more streamlined way of contacting our brokers here in the office, rather than your inquiry going out into Windermere, the right person will receive your message, providing a step up in service.
We also combed through the entire website to make sure everything was up to date. When we initially created this website we ensured that all of the resources were in place to be a guide for anyone searching in Kirkland. Unfortunately, since then a lot of businesses have either closed, received new names, or simply new websites that we did not account for on our neighborhood pages. With updated information on our new website, we will provide people near and far with accurate details on all things Kirkland.
Although most things stayed the same, we felt there were areas where we could provide some more information. One of the biggest additions is the Uniquely Kirkland page that highlights businesses and people who are specialized in the unique living situations here in Kirkland. Our team is hard at work to populate the Uniquely Kirkland page with resources, in addition to highlighting businesses in our Uniquely Kirkland Businesses section of the website. Check back soon for more information!
Some other additions to the website include an entire page dedicated to updates on our new construction, which is making great progress! The garage floor slab was poured this past Monday and they are currently working on the decking for the PT slab (which is the ceiling of the garage and the floor of the actual building). Once the decking is done, they install more re-bar, lay the cables and pour the cement which has to cure for about 30 days. Once the cement has cured they tighten the cables and we can start to frame. The new page is designed to keep the community updated with pictures, videos, and details on where we are in the process. We also added an entire page outlining what sets our office apart for any future brokers who are looking to join our team.
At the end of the day, we are still the same dedicated brokers and staff who are passionate about where we work, live, and play. We are here to be a resource for the community and look forward to constantly improving how we deliver those resources to you all.
Our goal at Windermere Kirkland is to be a resource for the community. Aside from helping you buy or sell your home, our team is dedicated to adding value to our city.
